当方のサービスの提供にあたり、個人情報が日本国外（主として米国）に所在するサーバーで取り扱われる場合があります。この場合、当方は個人情報保護法に従い、移転先の国・地域における個人情報の保護に関する制度を把握したうえで、安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。各国の制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表する情報をご参照ください。
In providing our services, personal information may be processed on servers located outside Japan (primarily in the United States). In such cases, in accordance with the APPI, we assess the data-protection regimes of the destination country and implement necessary and appropriate safeguards. For information on foreign regimes, please refer to materials published by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.

当方は、取り扱う個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止のため、アクセス制御、通信の暗号化、アクセス記録の保全その他の必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
We implement necessary and appropriate security measures — including access control, encryption in transit, and audit logging — to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
8. 保有期間・削除8. Retention and Deletion
当方は、利用目的に必要な範囲を超えて個人情報を保有しません。お問い合わせに関する情報は、対応完了後、合理的な期間の経過をもって削除します。
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Information related to inquiries is deleted after a reasonable period following resolution.
